①疑问词 + ever可引导名词性从句在主从句中要充当一定的部分 。如：

②疑问词 + ever还可引导让步状语从句 。如： Whoever breaks the rule, he must be punished, Whatever you do, you must do it well.

nomatterwhere和wherever的区别？wherever和no matter where在引导让步状语从句的时候是一样的 。

wherever还可以引导名词性从句而no matter where不可以引导名词性从句 。
两个都翻译成“无论...都...” 前者一般和“that”连用多数时候放句首而后者还表示“然而”用在转折句中放句中句末时要用逗点与前句断开
引导让步状语从句时二者可以互换即： no matter +疑问词" 或"疑问词+后缀ever"
