综上所述 , PPIA敏感度高 , 同时在非卵巢癌患者中表达率为 0 , 似乎可作为卵巢癌筛查的新型标志物!不过 , 该研究还存在局限 , 还需要更多进一步的研究来完善这一卵巢癌早期筛查技术 。 如果这种技术最终被证明为有效 , 那它也许能成为卵巢癌早期筛查的一股新风!
