冬奥会通信保障“智慧大脑”正式开启

The Winter Olympics Telecommunication Technology Operation Center was put into use by China Unicom, the Official Telecommunication Services Partner of the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. The center houses the customized comprehensive telecommunication monitoring system, fault dispatching system and the network digital operation platform for the Winter Games. It will be responsible for the operation and service of the telecommunication network in all three competition zones in Beijing, Yanqing and Zhangjiakou during the Winter Games.
中国联通冬奥通信技术运行指挥中心(TTOC)正式启用，全面投入冬奥通信技术运行保障体系的指挥调度工作。冬奥通信技术运行指挥中心为北京冬奥会打造了全新的冬奥通信综合监控系统、综合故障调度系统及网络数字运营平台。冬奥赛事期间，中心对北京、张家口两地三赛区全部奥运场馆及设施的通信信息网络，实行实时的统一监控（自动巡检）、统一调度、统一响应和统一服务。

The Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau has issued 24 regulations for the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, including one to ensure food safety. To guarantee food safety, a main food warehouse of the Winter Olympics is already in operation. It has the pandemic prevention and control mechanism, food transportation, distribution and operation systems to ensure food safety, smooth logistics and adequate supply.
北京市市场监管局针对北京冬奥会和冬残奥会制定了24部规范，有一部是确保运动员和奥运工作人员食品安全的。为了保障食品安全，北京市统一规划使用了冬奥食品总仓，总仓建立了严格的疫情防控工作机制，构建了食品全流程运输配送和运行服务保障机制，实现食品安全，物流顺畅，供应充足。
110接警语种服务将增至21种
The 110 emergency service of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau will set up a special dispatch to handle emergency calls made by foreigners during the upcoming Winter Games. Foreign language volunteers from Beijing Language and Culture University will work together with dispatchers during the Winter Games, to offer services in 21 languages. Normally the services are provided in 8 languages. The volunteers will also provide online translation service to police officers who need to communicate with foreigners.
围绕即将举办的北京冬奥会等大型国际交往活动，北京110报警服务台将设置专席并安排外语志愿者与接警员共同开展外语报警工作，语种服务由常态的8种增加至21种。同步提供线上实时翻译，做好涉外案件的受理和处置工作，树立北京良好的国际形象。
