到目前为止，承运部分还是由欧洲总部来运营，上海分公司更侧重于货代的角色。当然，很多项目及服务是综合在一起的。一路走来，作为订舱方和承运方，我们一直都是一个互不相悖的角色。很多客户也习惯并认同这么一个浑然一体的角色，因为班列的运营必须拥有承运资源。在国内由于政府补贴而催生了“政府平台”的概念，而衍生出新的操作模式。
